Gilles Pradeau

Following the success of his documentary on participatory budgets for young people in Europe, for two years Gilles Pradeau provided consultancy work on participatory budgets to the cities of Grenoble and Montreuil. He is currently working at the National Research Group on Participatory Democracy and Public Participation in Decision-Making, while at the same time writing a political science thesis that compares the approaches taken by France and Brazil to implement the initiatives voted for in their respective participatory budgets.
