Violet is a Portuguese producer and DJ based in London, co-founder of Rádio Quântica, she is also member of the crew of rapper A.M.O.R. Since debuting via Wicked Bass Records, Violet's music managed to grab the attention of key figures of the scene.
Violet’s DJ sets and live acts embrace acid house, abrasive techno, and her own melodic, percussive productions. She is part of the Portuguese rave team One Eyed Jacks with where she has released two EPs. She is signed on the Berlin label Snuff Trax. Last year, her cover version of the classic "Transition" from Underground Resistance, attracted the attention of Underground Resistance members themselves, as well as Ben Sims, Pitchfork, Fact Magazine and NPR. In 2015, Versace invited her to collaborate for his SS16 collection and ordered her to make two new pieces. These pieces have been acclaimed by the press (Vogue, Dazed, The New York Times) and some personalities like Alexander Wang.
